• Waitlist (early access) responses, including any notes or preferences you choose to share.
• Appointment details, preparation and aftercare notes, and service history.
• Health questionnaire responses and signed consent forms.
• Payment records such as amounts, dates, and payment method. We do not store full payment-card numbers or bank credentials.
• Photos or videos you authorize for promotional use.

Identification is checked in person for age and eligibility. Copies of identification are not kept as part of our records.

• To respond to inquiries and manage waitlist (early access) requests.
• To arrange, confirm, and carry out appointments, including preparation and aftercare instructions.
• To process deposits and payments.
• To keep service and consent records, including health information used to decide whether a service can be provided safely.

Appointment communications, such as confirmations, reminders, and aftercare follow-up, are separate from advertising. Submitting a waitlist form or requesting an appointment does not sign you up for promotional messages.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

The studio does not store full payment-card numbers or bank credentials.

This website stores your language preference in your browser so the site remembers your choice. It does not use that storage to follow you across other websites.

The site does not currently include advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics tools.

The pages are served by a hosting platform that may keep technical records, such as request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Any such processing follows the platform's own policies.

If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy will be updated and any required consent choices will be offered first.

Health questionnaires, signed consent forms, and related client records are maintained as business records in both paper and digital form.

Authorized photos and videos are stored as digital files.

Access to these records is restricted to authorized people who need the information to run the studio. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect them, although no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Records are kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet applicable legal, insurance, and consent-recordkeeping requirements. Requests for deletion are handled subject to those requirements.

Promotional email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns are not currently sent. Public advertising is currently handled through Instagram.

Waitlist submissions and appointment requests do not automatically authorize promotional messages.

Appointment-related communications may still be sent.

If direct marketing is introduced later, this policy will be updated and any required consent will be obtained first.

Authorization for promotional photos and videos is optional. It is signed at the appointment, and declining promotional image authorization does not prevent a client from receiving the service.

When authorization is signed, it covers only the uses and scope described in that form. Once signed, the authorization is irrevocable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The authorization is not a waiver of privacy rights and does not allow uses outside the signed form.

Booking an appointment, using this website, or accepting these website policies does not grant image rights.

Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the business, for example a booking or payment provider, and when required by law.
